2010-2011 Re-Enrollment Procedure

Vail Christian strives towards excellence in all we do. As you know, we seek and
hire the very best teachers for your students. The curriculum and classes are structured
to challenge each student at his or her own level. While doing this, Vail Christian
is an important business in our community which needs to plan ahead. Your timely
re-enrollment is always important as we make plans for the coming school year.
We appreciate your cooperation in the planning process. It is important that we
have the most current information on you and your student. Please complete the following
steps:
- Complete and sign:
- Re-enrollment Form & Student-Parent/Expectation Agreement (front to back)
- Tuition Payment Preference Agreement
- Consent for Use of Photographs Form
- Return the above forms to the school office no later than March 17, 2010. A reenrolment fee of $250 is due on or before April 15, 2010. This fee includes the purchase of the VCHS yearbook for the 2010-2011 school year.
- If you would like to apply for a tuition grant, you may pick up an application at
the front desk or request one be sent home with your student. You may also apply
online at https://www.factstuitionaid.com. In order to receive consideration, this
application must be received no later than April 15, 2010. Please plan your tax return
filing accordingly.
- Please indicate your intention to apply for a tuition grant on the Tuition Payment
Preference Agreement* that you return with your enrollment forms. (Tuition
Grants do not apply to re-enrollment fees, so please be sure to include your re-enrollment
fee).
