Students come to Vail Christian from different schools all over the valley. Is it
hard to adjust and be accepted?
|
|
Vail Christian is not what I expected. It’s better. People are very open and welcoming
if you just give them a chance.
- Michelle Disher, Class of 2009

Can you have fun in a small school?
|
|
I think it is actually better in a smaller school because everyone just gets so close
and we have fun 24/7. Everybody in the school just expresses themselves, and it
is just awesome.
- Elliot Ristow, Class of 2009
There’s not a day that passes where I have not had at least two good laughs….it becomes
a part of life and learning at Vail Christian.
- Allie Parker, Class of 2009

What’s it like being in a Christian school?
|
|
Being in a Christian school means that not only are we challenged to do well in academics,
but also in our actions and with other people.
- Bo Dwyer, Class of 2009
It’s great always knowing you can pray, and having chapel and theology brings us
closer to God. Also it’s good to know that you can talk to anyone and they will
spread God’s love and Word.
- Taya Westerberg, Class of 2009
It is like none other. There is so much trust between the faculty and students. Being
able to pray in class brings God into every aspect of your life, and the chapels
are great.
- Sammantha Francis, Class of 2009

Will I lose contact with my friends who don’t go to Vail Christian?
|
|
I actually made more friends throughout the valley by attending Vail Christian as
opposed to just the kids I went to middle school with.
- Molly McGee, Class of 2007
If you make it a priority to keep your friends, then they are obviously close to
you and therefore, you will always find time to see them.
- Tara Dalbow, Class of 2009
Of course not. The relationship that you have with your friends is totally up to
you. You and you alone have the choice to make.
- AJ Burgess, Class of 2009

What’s the athletic program like at Vail Christian?
|
|
It’s amazing!! We have great fans who support every team, and the teams are full
of talented athletes. Just because we’re a small school doesn’t mean we can’t put
up a huge fight!
- Jackie Parker, Class of 2007
The sports programs at Vail Christian High School are absolutely wonderful!
- Kieran Hurtt, Class of 2010
Fun. Everyone gets to play because there aren’t that many kids and it is still just
as competitive as other schools
- Chris Schmidt, Class of 2009
