En Vail Christian High School, nos esforzamos por lograr un equilibrio en excelencia, fe y carácter. Me enorgullece conocer a cada uno de nuestros estudiantes personalmente y reducir los planes únicos para ellos. Creo que cuando los estudiantes son reflexivos, abiertos y honestos en este proceso, se obtienen grandes resultados. Instruyo a los estudiantes para que profundicen y reflexionen sobre quiénes son y quiénes aspiran a ser. Creo que el trabajo duro, combinado con el enfoque y la pasión, es la receta del éxito. Proporciono a los estudiantes herramientas para ayudarlos a descubrir sus dones para lo que podrían estar programados para hacer. Si bien sé que muchos estudiantes y padres sienten ansiedad por el proceso de admisión y selección universitaria, no creo que esa deba ser la emoción que los impulsa. Este proceso puede ser muy divertido y emocionante, y haré todo lo que pueda para hacerlo posible, trabajando junto con los padres para prepararnos para enviar a nuestros estudiantes de VCHS al mundo. Estoy emocionado de formar conexiones sólidas con nuestros santos para impulsarlos a su máximo potencial. Escucharé, cuestionaré, apoyaré, generaré confianza y delinearé los pasos. The award recognizes exceptional achievement and significant contribution to the recipient’s profession, community and our school. We are excited to announce the recipient of the 2026 VCHS Distinguished Alumni Award – Hannah (Green) Mayo. Learn about Hannah's accomplishments and contributions, in her Alumni Feature . Hannah was honored on May 23rd during the 2026 Vail Christian High School Commencement ceremony. Criteria for the VCHS Distinguished Alumni Award: Open to all VCHS alumni Must demonstrate a Christian commitment Must contribute to society in a significant way - this could be in a broad range of areas: career, ministry, volunteerism, church, etc. Must embody attributes from the VCHS Portrait of a Graduate : Gratitude, Advocacy, Stewardship, Growth, Known 2027 nomination deadline is April 1, 2027.
